Social Golf Gaming App

A ground-up architectural transformation of a production golf platform.

I redesigned a tightly coupled Flutter and Firebase application into a layered, testable system—while the product remained in active use. The new foundation made features safer to build, easier to reason about, and ready for a much broader range of game formats.

I’m Kurt, a senior mobile engineer who cares equally about the experience people touch and the systems that make it possible.

I’ve led architecture, built full-stack features, untangled legacy systems, and carried products from an early idea through production. I enjoy the hard middle of product development: understanding the real problem, choosing the right abstraction, and turning it into something clear and dependable.
